Welcome to Home Studio Medic! These Terms & Conditions explain how our services, online booking, and payments work. By booking an appointment or making a payment with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• All bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.
   

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
   

• Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

Payments

• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
   

• The remaining balance (if any) is due at or before your appointment.
   

• Payments are processed securely online. We do not store your payment details.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 12 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule or cancel, and your deposit will be applied to a future booking or refunded (excluding the non-refundable portion).
   

• Within 12 hours of your appointment: Cancellations or rescheduling are not eligible for a refund.
   

• No-shows (when you don’t attend your scheduled appointment without notice) are charged in full and are non-refundable.

 

Service Changes

• We do our best to deliver services as described.
   

• In the rare event that we must change, delay, or cancel a service, we’ll notify you right away. If this happens, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to extend your session past the scheduled end time.
   

• Provide accurate contact and booking details when scheduling.
   

• Use our booking and payment system responsibly and for lawful purposes only.

 

Liability

• We take care in providing high-quality services. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
   

• We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to your booking or service.

 

Privacy

• We respect your privacy and protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
   

• Online payments are handled by trusted third-party providers; we never store your credit card details.

 

Updates to These Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
   

• The latest version will always be available on our website, and by continuing to use our services you agree to any updated terms.
