Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Your deposit secures your booking and is applied to the total cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 12 hours before your appointment:

If you cancel, you’ll receive a refund for any payments made.

If you reschedule, your deposit will carry over to the new appointment.

Within 12 hours of your appointment: Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

No-shows: If you don’t show up without letting us know, the full amount is charged and is non-refundable.
If the Home Studio Medic Cancels

If we ever have to cancel your appointment, you’ll get a full refund, including your deposit. You can also choose to reschedule at no extra cost.
Refund Process

Email us at robchandler@neverendingstudios.com to request a refund. If your email is sent 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive a full refund less any processing fees charged by your bank, credit card, or payment app.

Refunds go back to the same card or account you used for payment.

It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
