Having trouble but don't need the Home Studio Medic on site? Schedule a telehealth session via phone call, FaceTime, Zoom or video conferencing app of your choice. We'll walk through the issue together and come up with the best course of treatment so you can get back to creating.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions Thanks so much for entrusting your studio care to us. To keep things simple and fair for everyone, here’s how our booking and cancellation policy works: Deposits & Payments When booking for Emergency Call Out, or Telehealth Services, a deposit is required to lock in your appointment. That deposit goes toward your total appointment fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment. The total balance is due at the time of treatment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem—just let us know at least 2 hours before your appointment. You can either move your booking to a new time (deposit carries over) or request a refund. Your deposit will carry over to any booking made within 90 days of the original appointment. Less than 2 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, the deposit fee is non-refundable. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule, depending on availability. Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited to the Home Studio Medic. No-Shows If you don’t show up for your appointment, you’re not at your studio when I arrive (for on-site bookings) and haven’t let me know, the full appointment fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Tech Check For Studio Telehealth appointments, or any appointments that are online, please make sure your internet, device, and any required software are ready to go. Please reach out immediately if you’re having trouble and we will find a way to work around or reschedule your appointment. If tech issues on your end prevent the session from happening and you haven’t contacted us, it will count as a no-show. If You Need to Cancel Life happens! If you ever need to cancel or move your appointment due to an unforeseen reason, please contact us immediately. We will work together to find a solution! What if Home Studio Medic has to cancel? Your time is valuable too, and we will respect that. If for any reason the Home Studio Medic has to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we will contact you ASAP to work out a new appointment or fully refund your deposit. What’s fair is fair!
